The Alpacas at Flatwoods Farm will have their winter coats removed mid-morning on Tuesday, April 27. Flatwoods Farm welcomes anyone that would like to watch the annual special event.
Flatwoods Farm, owned by Willie and Kristin Ems, is located at 2155 Flatwood Road in New Salisbury. Here, you can enjoy the luxury of alpaca fleece, once reserved for Inca royalty. They offer alpaca sales, free farm tours and close up alpaca visits with a wide variety of alpaca fleece products available for purchase.
